DictoCopy is a document processing platform that provides OCR (optical character recognition), format-preserving document reconstruction, and document translation services.

We do not use your documents for training AI models, marketing, analytics, or any purpose other than delivering the processed result to you.
If you save documents to your account history, they are stored temporarily and subject to auto-deletion. We are not responsible for data loss if you have not downloaded your own copies of processed files.
4. Payments and credits

6. Processing accuracy
DictoCopy uses AI-powered OCR and translation. While we aim for high accuracy, AI processing is not perfect. You should review all processed outputs before using them for official, legal, or medical purposes.
For legal translations, most jurisdictions require a human-certified translation. DictoCopy output can serve as a base for certified translators to review, but should not be treated as a legal certification on its own.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DictoCopy shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, profit, or business interruption. You use the service at your own risk.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
